We should have your email working on your device in about 5 minutes.<\/p><p>Use these steps to set up the native mail app with your Workspace email account. You can also use the Outlook app to get your email. Here\u2019s how to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/19297?prog_id=501414\">set up the Outlook app on your Android device<\/a>.<\/p><p>If you follow the steps below, and you can\u2019t receive or send email, please see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/6726?prog_id=501414&amp;locale=en\">Android: Troubleshooting Email<\/a>\u00a0for help. You might need to make some additional changes depending on where you live and which ISPs you use<\/p><p><strong>BEFORE YOU START:<\/strong>\u00a0To set up Android with your email, you need to know your POP or IMAP Email Server Settings and ports. To find them, go to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/login.secureserver.net\/index.php?app=es\">Email Setup Center<\/a>\u00a0and write down the information that displays under Email Server Settings.<\/p><p class=\"note\">\u00a0<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0The steps to set up email on your Android device might be a little different depending on your make\/model and your network provider. However, all the information you need to set up your account (username, password, server settings) is in these steps.<\/p><h4>To Set Up Email on Your Android-based Device<\/h4><ol><li>Open your device\u2019s email application.<\/li><li>If you already have an email account set up, press\u00a0<strong>Menu<\/strong>\u00a0and tap\u00a0<strong>Accounts<\/strong>. Press\u00a0<strong>Menu<\/strong>\u00a0again and tap\u00a0<strong>Add account<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Type your\u00a0<strong>Email address<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Password<\/strong>, and click\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li><li>If you have IMAP, tap\u00a0<strong>IMAP<\/strong>. Tap\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Tap\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>\u00a0again. Name your account and enter the name you want to display on outgoing messages.<\/li><li>Tap\u00a0<strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol><p>That\u2019s it. If everything is working OK, you should see some email messages. To make sure you can send messages, go ahead and compose an email and send it to yourself.<\/p><p class=\"note\">\u00a0<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Some Android devices and mail clients do not require sign in.
