You can assign due dates to tasks, but they do not require definite beginning and end times. Tasks display in the\u00a0<strong>Task<\/strong>\u00a0section of your Calendar account.<\/p><p>When creating tasks, you must complete the\u00a0<strong>Task<\/strong>\u00a0field. All other fields are optional.<\/p><h4>To Create Tasks<\/h4><ol><li>Log in to your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/login.secureserver.net\/?app=ogc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Calendar account<\/a>.<\/li><li>Click\u00a0<strong>Add Task<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Enter a name for your task in the\u00a0<strong>Task<\/strong>\u00a0field.<\/li><li>Go to any of the following tabs, complete any fields you want, and then click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol><div class=\"many-open, all-closed\"><h3 class=\"display\" title=\"bounce\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/1968?ci=1827&amp;prog_id=501414#details\">Details<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"stretcher\"><p>Details are additional information about the task you want to track in Calendar.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Priority<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select the task\u2019s priority.<\/li><li><strong>Percent Complete<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select the percentage of the task that has been completed.<\/li><li><strong>Start<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>End<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select when the event begins and ends.<p class=\"note\">\u00a0<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0You must select\u00a0<strong>Enable Due Date<\/strong>\u00a0to select an\u00a0<strong>End<\/strong>\u00a0time.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Description<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Enter any additional information about the task.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"many-open, all-closed\"><h3 class=\"display\" title=\"bounce\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/1968?ci=1827&amp;prog_id=501414#sharing\">Task Sharing<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"stretcher\"><p>Sharing a task lets other Calendar users see it in their\u00a0<strong>Tasks<\/strong>\u00a0section. You can assign one of three permissions:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Admin<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Other users can modify all of a task\u2019s settings.<\/li><li><strong>Read<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Other users cannot modify any of a task\u2019s settings.<\/li><li><strong>Write<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Other users can modify all of a task\u2019s settings besides Task Sharing.<\/li><\/ul><p>Click one of the following to add other Calendar users to tasks:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Email<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Enter a user\u2019s Calendar email address, select their permissions, and then click\u00a0<strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Group<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select a group, select the group\u2019s members you want to invite, select their permissions, and then click\u00a0<strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>To change users\u2019 permissions, select their new permissions, and then click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p><p>To remove users\u2019 access, click\u00a0<strong>Delete<\/strong>\u00a0next to their name.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"many-open, all-closed\"><h3 class=\"display\" title=\"bounce\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/1968?ci=1827&amp;prog_id=501414#attach\">Attachments<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"stretcher\"><p>Attachments let you share files with an event\u2019s attendees.<\/p><ul><li>To upload a file from your computer click\u00a0<strong>Upload File<\/strong>, locate the file on your computer, and then click\u00a0<strong>Open<\/strong>.<p class=\"note\">\u00a0<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0You can attach files up to 5 MB in size.<\/p><\/li><li>If you have an Online Storage account, you can upload files stored there.
