You can view and search for invoices on the Quick Shopping Cart\u00ae Manage Orders page. From this page, you can process orders for shipping, create shipping labels, add notes to the order, and various other individual and bulk order processing tasks.<\/p><p>All order processing begins from the Manage Orders screen. See\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/2962?prog_id=501414&amp;locale=en\">Searching orders\u00a0<\/a>for information. Some tasks can be processed in bulk \u2014 that is, multiple orders can be processed at once. Other tasks can only be processed one order at a time.<\/p><h3>Bulk Order Processing<\/h3><p>These processes can be used on multiple orders at once.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Export Orders<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Export one or more orders to an Excel\u00ae spreadsheet file. Select the orders to be exported, and then click\u00a0<strong>Export Orders<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Print Invoices<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 You can preview and print one or more invoices, allowing you to enclose a copy of the invoice along with an order shipment. Select the invoices to be previewed\/printed, and then click\u00a0<strong>Print Invoices<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Address Labels<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Add one or more shipping labels to the shipping labels list for subsequent printing or download to Excel. Select the invoices to be added to the shipping label list, and then click\u00a0<strong>Add to Address Labels<\/strong>.If you\u2019re ready to print or export the labels, click\u00a0<strong>Visit the Address Labels page<\/strong>, and then click\u00a0<strong>Download to Avery<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Download to Excel<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Shipping<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select\u00a0<strong>Edit Shipping Information<\/strong>\u00a0to review and enter tracking numbers and ship dates for multiple orders, or select\u00a0<strong>Mark as Shipped<\/strong>\u00a0to mark selected orders as shipped. These might include orders you create for testing or canceled orders. For more information, see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/6836?prog_id=501414&amp;locale=en\">Managing Archives in Quick Shopping Cart<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Individual Order Processing<\/h3><p>You can use these processes on individual orders.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Block IP<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 If you determine that a particular order is fraudulent, you can block the IP address where the order originated. Click\u00a0<img src=\"https:\/\/products.secureserver.net\/products\/quickshoppingcart\/images\/pencilicon.png\" width=\"18\" height=\"19\" \/>\u00a0to update the order, click\u00a0<strong>Block IP<\/strong>, and then click\u00a0<strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Print Preview<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 You can preview an invoice. Click\u00a0<img src=\"https:\/\/products.secureserver.net\/products\/quickshoppingcart\/images\/pencilicon.png\" width=\"18\" height=\"19\" \/>\u00a0to view the order, and then click\u00a0<strong>Print Preview<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Print Invoice<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 You can print an invoice. Click\u00a0<img src=\"https:\/\/products.secureserver.net\/products\/quickshoppingcart\/images\/pencilicon.png\" width=\"18\" height=\"19\" \/>\u00a0for the order to be processed, in the\u00a0<strong>Payment Information<\/strong>\u00a0section, click\u00a0<strong>Completed<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Update Shipping<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 You can update shipping information for an order. Click\u00a0<img src=\"https:\/\/products.secureserver.net\/products\/quickshoppingcart\/images\/pencilicon.png\" width=\"18\" height=\"19\" \/>\u00a0to process the order, in the\u00a0<strong>Shipping Information<\/strong>\u00a0section, update package information or click\u00a0<strong>Completed<\/strong>\u00a0to indicate that the order has shipped.<\/li><li><strong>Print Address Labels<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Use this option to print shipping or other labels. Click\u00a0<img src=\"https:\/\/products.secureserver.net\/products\/quickshoppingcart\/images\/pencilicon.png\" width=\"18\" height=\"19\" \/>\u00a0to process the order, in the\u00a0<strong>Address Information<\/strong>\u00a0section, select the address(es) to be exported, and then click\u00a0<strong>OK<\/strong>.<p class=\"note\">\u00a0<strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Update Billing and Shipping Information here by clicking\u00a0<strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Add Notes<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 You can add notes to the order. Click\u00a0<img src=\"https:\/\/products.secureserver.net\/products\/quickshoppingcart\/images\/pencilicon.png\" width=\"18\" height=\"19\" \/>\u00a0to process the order, in the\u00a0<strong>Admin Notes<\/strong>\u00a0section, enter notes on the order, and then click\u00a0<strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>You can enable fraud rules that automatically check specific criteria and verify authenticity when shoppers place a credit card order. If the order violates the fraud rule, we do not process the order.
